Agreement & Creative Session Fee
Ready to make it official? Once the agreement is signed and the creative session fee is paid, you’re officially on my calendar!
This is where we dive into the details—locations, outfits, and how to keep the kids smiling (or at least not crying) through it all.

It’s Photo day
This is where the magic happens! Expect a mix of laughter, playfulness, and candid moments that tell your family’s unique story. No stiff poses—just genuine connections and plenty of fun. Bonus points if someone brings snacks to share!

Heirloom Design & Order Session
Once your photos are ready, we’ll meet to transform them into cherished keepsakes. From stunning wall art to albums you’ll flip through for years, this step ensures your memories are beautifully preserved.
I find immediate family units works best with my style of shooting. If you wanted a larger group, we can arrange for them to meet us at the end for one large photo. Contact me if to discuss your thoughts!
Who doesn’t? I feel a bit nervous on the other side of the camera as well. By the time the shoot rolls around we will have the basics, location, wardrobe etc out of the way so you can relax. I provide gentle prompting to help you relax and be yourself and soon you will forget we are even taking photos.
I always check the weather forecast heading into the shoot and I try my best to provide timely advice on how I think we should proceed. Don’t worry if the sun isn’t out in full force, Dull cloudy grey days also make for wonderful photos. If needed we will reschedule the session!
Absolutely! We provide a social media ready digital file for all the images you decide to purchase for your wall art, albums or gifts.
